Guitar growth Coaching Agreement

By enrolling in Growth Coaching, you agree to the following:

1. Membership & Billing

  • Coaching is billed at $220/month

  • Payments are automatically processed every 30 days

  • Payments are non-refundable

2. Weekly Lessons

  • Includes 1 lesson per week (30 minutes)

  • Students are encouraged to maintain a consistent weekly time

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Minimum 24-hour notice required

  • Reschedules must occur within the same week (if availability allows)

  • Less than 24 hours = session forfeited

4. Missed Lessons

  • No-shows result in a forfeited lesson

  • No refunds or credits provided

5. Monthly Lesson Structure

  • Includes up to 4 lessons per month

  • Some months may include a 5th week, which is not guaranteed

6. Messaging Support

  • Available for quick questions and guidance

  • Response time: within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)

  • Not intended for full lessons outside scheduled sessions

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Must cancel before your next billing cycle

  • Access continues until the end of your billing period

8. Pause Policy (Optional)

  • One pause allowed per 3 months

  • Must request at least 7 days before billing date
